Award for Finance Management

It was good news to hear that Dilani Yatawaka was awarded the Certificate of Excellence in the Corporate and Professional Competition in the Vanithabimana 2022. This is the third consecutive year of the competition which is an awards programme to empower the women of Sri Lanka organised by the NDB Bank. It is for professionals in the corporate sector and the categories the winners are chosen from are Human Resources, Finance Management, Marketing and Advertising. Legal, State and Government sector, Corporate social responsibility, Hospitality Industry, Art, Sports and entrepreneurship. Dilani’s award was for Finance Management. She is the daughter of Mevan and Nirmala Pieris.

Mevan recently launched his book ‘The Community’ and is a former Thomian cricketer of fame.
