LPG Explosions; a possible solution

With the new composition of the LP Gas, with almost equal proportion of butane and propane, there is leakage followed by explosion which is result of higher pressure building up inside the cylinder. I am of the opinion that the solution for the above issue is to reduce the weight of the contents i.e. to release /extract 3 kg of gas from the 12.5 kg gas cylinder. The price has to be of course reduced pro-rata. Hope the experts in the LP gas field will kindly consider the above suggestion to prevent leakage and/ or explosion in the future as there was no issue whatsoever with Hybrid 18 litre (9.5 kg) except that it was overpriced.

Consumers need not then go for a new regulator, hose or cooker if the above proposal could be implemented. Even if it is a loss to expel 3 kg of gas it is worth as precious lives could be saved and damage to property could be prevented.
