Mercantile VB to start on September 17

The 2022 Mercantile Volleyball Championships preliminary round matches conducted by the Mercantile Volleyball Association will be held on September 17 and 18 at the Volleyball House Stadium in Galle

This will be the ninth edition of the tournament and the winners will receive a cash award of over Rs. 1 million.the finals will be held in November at the National Youth Services Centre in Maharagama.

Over 200 teams are set to participate in this tournament, which will be conducted under the MVA, PRO and Novices categories in the Men’s and Women’s Championship. All entries should be forwarded to the Secretary, Mercantile Volleyball Association, No 33, and Torrington Place, Colombo 7.
